Application

This machine is the main filling unit in liquid production lines such as oral liquids, primarily used for filling, capping, and sealing 5ml and 30ml oral liquid bottles. It employs a small-pitch wide mesh belt conveyor for reliable and efficient bottle feeding. A 4-16 pump chuck tracks the filling process, ensuring fast speed, stable operation, and no foaming. Filling is drip-free, and electromagnetic oscillation delivers the caps, resulting in a high capping rate. The capping process uses a 1-12 head three-blade or single-blade flexible capping system, ensuring accurate centering, aesthetically pleasing and tightly clamped bottles, and perfectly aligned aluminum caps without false locking, warping, or misalignment. The locking area is smooth and flat, free of burrs, gaps, and wrinkles, and the aluminum cap does not rotate. It features functions such as no filling if a bottle is missing, no cap removal if a bottle is missing, and an alarm for missing caps. This machine integrates filling and sealing into one unit, boasting an advanced design and compact structure, meeting GMP pharmaceutical requirements.
