Application

This machine is a washing, drying, and filling integrated unit for oral liquid production lines. It is mainly used for cleaning, drying, filling, capping, and sealing 10ml (20ml) easy-open cap (aluminum-plastic cap) straight tube bottles. It employs a screw-feed bottle washing system or a vertical ultrasonic bottle washing system, alternating pressurized water and air rinsing, and hot air circulating oven or quartz tube oven drying. The filling and sealing machine uses a 16-head local tracking filling system. The metering pump can be either a stainless steel pump or a ceramic pump. It features electromagnetic oscillation cap feeding and a ten-head planetary capping system. This unit boasts an advanced design and compact structure.
