Introduction

The working process of the high-speed rubbing capping machine is divided into: automatic bottle feeding, automatic cap sorting, cap feeding, capping, capping, capping, and automatic bottle discharging. It is a fully automatic packaging equipment designed by our company in strict accordance with national GMP standards and process requirements. The design and manufacturing principle of this machine is to achieve accurate and efficient capping effects under high-speed operation. The main transmission part of the machine is placed in the box to avoid contamination of the material caused by wear of the transmission mechanism, and all parts in contact with the material are polished with high precision. The machine is equipped with safety protection devices such as stopping when there is no cap and no bottle, and starting when there is a cap and a bottle.
