It is mainly used for cleaning, drying, filling, capping, and sealing 30-100ml molded bottles. It employs a single-screw bottle feed, pressurized water and air rinsing, and a bottle-turning mechanism to feed the bottles into the drying oven for hot air circulation drying. The filling and sealing machine uses a 16-head filling system, electromagnetic oscillation cap feeding, and a 4-blade threaded capping system.
