Application

This production line comprises a bottle washing machine, a hot air circulating tunnel oven, a connecting conveyor belt, and a high-speed filling and capping machine, forming a coordinated production line. It is suitable for the production of round or irregularly shaped glass bottles.

This oral liquid production line can complete processes such as unpacking, bottle feeding with ultrasonic cleaning, internal and external water/air rinsing, drying and sterilization, cooling, filling, and capping.

This machine is a production line developed by our company based on the actual conditions of my country's pharmaceutical industry, meeting the requirements of "cGMP" production. It features stable production, high yield, convenient operation and maintenance, and low operating costs, making it suitable for production lines of glass bottle oral dosage forms.

The production line extensively utilizes a PLC system, and both front and rear equipment have photoelectric sensors to prevent bottle squeezing and breakage; it is a complete mechatronics product!
