4. The flip manipulator developed with advanced technology has the advantages of accurate bottle grasping and positioning, and free flipping. The air blowing valve adopts the lip seal ring of the intermediate plunger guide shaft, which has good sealing performance, long service life, strong blowing and washing force, and accurate bottle washing.
5. The manipulator of the bottle washing machine adopts stamping and precision casting technology, and is made of stainless steel materials. The intermediate straight gear is used for transition clamping, so that the bottle clamping, bottle turning and bottle placing are stable and free, so that the equipment can truly achieve high speed, high quality and high efficiency. The guide slider, pinion and roller are made of high-quality aluminum alloy, which is wear-resistant and practical, with guaranteed material purity and long service life of parts. The material does not change with temperature changes.
