Application

This machine is a washing, drying, and filling unit for ampoules, vials, and powders. It is mainly used for cleaning, drying, screw filling, capping, and sealing of 2-20ml ampoules, vials, and other small bottles. It employs a disc-type bottle clamping and washing machine with screw feeding, two-water-one-air rinsing, and then conveying the bottles into the drying oven via a screw or dial mechanism for hot air circulation drying. The filling machine uses a screw filling system with servo motor-driven metering and a high-precision servo motor controlling the dial for positioning. This works in perfect coordination with the powder dispensing servo drive. The machine is rationally designed, operates reliably and stably, is simple to operate, highly automated, and easy to disassemble and clean, fully complying with GMP requirements.
