Application

This machine is suitable for film automatic packaging (with gold pull wire) of single-piece box-type items in various industries. The overall frame of the machine adopts carbon steel spray plastic, multi-open safety door structure on the floor, adopts flat push box structure, easy to replace the mold, and adjusts the distance at many places to adjust the size by hand, saving time for mold change. The expansion shaft roller is fixed, which makes changing the film easier and faster.

The machine can be combined to use with other production line. This machine is widely applicable to the packaging of various single large box articles, or the collective blister pack of multi-piece box articles ( with gold tear tape).

Features

1. This machine is a fully automatic high-speed transparent film packaging equipment. It adopts the horizontal push packaging method. All wrapping and heat sealing actions are completed by cams and cylinders. It has the characteristics of fast speed and stable operation.
2. Items of different sizes can be packed by changing the mold, and the newly designed quick-adjustment structure makes it easier and faster to change the mold.
3. This machine adopts an all-aluminum oxide film cutting knife holder and a single-rotation film cutting knife, which cuts the film accurately and smoothly, and does not need to replace the film cutting mechanism for large and small products.
4. The packing speed is adjusted by frequency converter, which can reach 30-70 packs/minute according to different packing items.
5. Equipped with a double-sided wrinkle shaping and cosmetic device, making the film packaging more body-fitting and more beautiful.
6. Quick disassembly and assembly of the pull wire reel, with the function of composite self-adhesive laser anti-counterfeiting and unsealing line, which really plays the role of anti-counterfeiting and moisture-proof.
7. This machine adopts two kinds of feeding mechanisms: automatic feeding and manual feeding. The automatic feeding and feeding can be connected with the fully automated unmanned production line.
8. The automatic feeding mechanism has the function of stopping when there is no box, and it is equipped with a jamming torque overload protection device, and an upper and lower double layer air blowing auxiliary film lowering device.
9. Imported stainless steel integrated panel is used, and an integrated electrical box is installed on the top (to completely isolate the electrical from the mechanical).
10. The whole machine adopts acrylic safety shield.
