Application

This unit is suitable for pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and other industries. It has various properties such as air cooled and no screen. It is not limited by material viscosity, hardness and fiber, and can be crushed well for any material. The effect is especially suitable for pulverizing Chinese herbal medicines with fibers and materials with certain oiliness.

Working Principle

The machine consists of a hopper, a grading wheel, a pulverizing blade, a tooth solid, a pulverizing motor, a discharge port, a fan blade, a collecting box, a dust box, etc., and the material enters the pulverizing chamber from the hopper, and is rotated by a high-speed rotating blade. Crushing, adjusting the distance between the grading wheel and the grading plate to achieve the required material fineness, the high-speed rotating blade leaves the required material from the pulverizing chamber through the nagetive pressure wind to the hopper to continue the pulverization of the materail that does not meet the requirement. The room is pulverized, and the dust is filtered and recovered by cloth bag or filter cartridge. The unit is designed according to the "GMP" standard, with simple structure, convenient operation and cleaning, low noise, high output, and the equipment is made of stainless steel. There is no dust flying during the crushing process.
