Introduction

The bottle-blocking cylinder on the bottle-feeding track of the bottle-feeding mechanism blocks the bottle delivered by the previous equipment at the position of loading the desiccant, waiting for the desiccant to be loaded, and the bottle mouth is aligned with the shearing mechanism. The stepper motor drives the bag-feeding mechanism to pull the desiccant bag out of the desiccant bag tray, the color code sensor detects the desiccant bag and controls the bag length, the scissors cut the desiccant bag and put it into the bottle, and the conveyor belt of the bottle-feeding mechanism transports the loaded desiccant bottle to the next equipment. At the same time, the bottle to be loaded with desiccant is added to the position of loading the desiccant bag.
