Application

This machine is mounted up tropical aluminum forming and sealing work stations base on DPB-250 blister packing machine to enhance the sealing performance and moisture proof and light shunning of product, improve its level. It’s suitable for packing assorted products in pharmaceutical, medicine, food, and nutraceutical industries.

Feature

1. Adopts the theory of 270J series blister packing machine, rail type, adjustable mould convenient, accurate positioning.
2. It adopts body separated mechanism to avoid inconvenientce of transfer due to the length of the body 1.88m by adding the forming and sealing stations.
3. This machine use servo double traction structure, it can avoid bubble break when the machine stops. It also can conveniently realize photocell register function, and serve air clip drive function. At the meanwhile, it is convenient to reset the traction length on the human-computer interface when change mould.
