Application

This machine uses a high-precision ceramic pump for metering and filling, ensuring high filling accuracy. It features automatic liquid filling, robotic arm for adding inner stoppers, capping, and screwing on caps. Equipped with a robotic arm that vacuum-suctions inner stoppers and outer caps, it stably and accurately presses the caps into the bottle mouth. The entire machine table uses imported plastic bearings that require no lubrication, preventing contamination of the liquid and achieving full automation. A Class 100 laminar flow hood can be added. This equipment fully complies with the latest GMP requirements.
