Application

• Drying of machine-made screw extrusion particles, oscillating particles, and particles made by wet type high speed mixing and granulating.
• Drying of wet type granular and powder materials in medicine food, feedstuff and chemical industry.

• Drying of materials whose volume may change during drying, such as konjak and polyacrylamide.

Working Principle

After heated and purified, the air is introduced from the bottom of the induced draft fan, and then goes through the screen plate of the hopper. In the working chamber, fluidizing is formed under the action of mixing and negative pressure. After rapidly evaporated, the water is taken away with exhaust, and the materials are dried quickly.

Main Feature

• The fluid bed adopts a round structure, which avoids dead corners.
• The hopper is equipped with mixer, avoiding agglomeration of wet materials and the formation of grooves during drying. It adopts tilting discharging to ensure quick and thorough filtering. The automatic feeding and discharging system can be set according to the requirements.
• It adopts closed negative pressure operation, and the air flow is filtered. With simple operation and convenient cleaning, it is an ideal piece of drying equipment that meets GMP standard.
• With high drying speed and even temperature, the drying time for each batch is generally 20-30 minutes.
