High Efficiency Wet Type Mixing Granulator

Main Purpose

The powder material and the binder are thoroughly mixed into a wet soft material by a bottom mixing paddle in a cylindrical container, and then the focused high speed pulverizing paddle is cut into uniform wet granules.

Main Features

The machine adopts horizontal cylinder structure, reasonable structure, inflatable seal drive shaft, can be switched into water during cleaning, fluidized granulation, granulated approximately spherical, and good fluidity,  25% less binder than traditional process, short drying time, 2 minutes dry mixing per batch, granulation 1-4 minutes, 4-5 times better than traditional process, dry-wet mixing in the same closed container -  Granulation, process reduction, and compliance with GMP regulations. The entire operation has strict safety protection measures.
