Introduction

The stepped bottle feeding device continuously conveys bottles to the bottle unscrambling cylinder. The turntable in the bottle unscrambling cylinder rotates counterclockwise under the drive of the transmission mechanism. The bottles in the cylinder fall into the turntable slot under the action of centrifugal force. The bottles in the turntable slot are driven by the rotating turntable and enter the bottle unscrambling device through the bottle discharge plate and the bottle discharge bottle distance device. The bottles are clamped by a pair of synchronous wheels of the bottle unscrambling device and the bottle distance is pulled apart. In the process of conveying to the bottle supporting device, the bottle with the bottom in the front is automatically straightened (bottle mouth facing up) when it arrives at the bottle supporting device. The bottle with the bottle mouth in the front is moved by the bottle hook rod and blocked by the bottle pressing device. The bottle is turned to have the bottom in front and is automatically straightened when it arrives at the bottle supporting device.
