Application

This machine is a washing, drying, and filling integrated unit for large-volume infusion bottle production lines. It is mainly used for cleaning, drying, filling, capping, and sealing 30-500ml easy-open cap (aluminum-plastic cap) molded bottles. It employs a disc-type bottle clamping and washing machine, which conveys the bottles in, performs a two-water-one-air rinsing, and then sends them into the drying oven via a screw or dial mechanism for hot air circulation drying. The filling and sealing machine uses 2-16 filling heads, electromagnetic oscillation cap feeding, and three-blade or single-blade capping. This unit features an advanced design and compact structure, fully complying with GMP requirements.
