This machine is suitable for cleaning glass bottles, especially vials. It employs a auger structure, where bottles tumble within the auger track. After a preliminary ultrasonic wash, they undergo multiple internal and external rinses using purified water, injection water, and purified compressed air to complete the cleaning process. Depending on production capacity, 1-5 augers can operate simultaneously. The circulating water pump is equipped with two filters, the booster pump with one filter, and the compressed air with one filter to ensure the purity of the cleaning medium. Changing specifications is convenient.
