Application

Semi-automatic pre-sterilized syringe filling machine, widely used in B-D Hypac SCF (pre-filled syringe) type syringe filling and vial filling, the maximum output can reach 4000 / hour (MAX).

Features

1. All parts in contact with the liquid are made of AISI316L stainless steel or ceramic materials, non-toxic and corrosion-resistant non-metallic materials.
2. All operations are done by touch screen.
3. Adopt full servo CNC control system.
4. The matrix movement of the filling tray of the machine is completed by the servo motor (X axis, Y axis).
5. The honeycomb with the syringes to be filled is manually put into the filling tray. After all filling steps are completed, the honeycomb is manually taken out and placed in another empty syringe honeycomb. It can also make a fully automatic in and out honeycomb device according to user requirements.
6. Material injection: completed by a ceramic rotary valve pump (within ±1% accuracy) controlled by an independent servo motor.
7. The rubber stoppers are automatically sent out by the stopper organizer to the stopper track and then to the stopper remover. The stopper remover takes 2 rubber stoppers at a time and sends them to the stopper presser, and the stopper presser presses them into the filled syringe.
