Introduction

• Suitable to use under the condition of material increased to a certain height, such as injection molding machine, mixer, crusher, quantitative packing machine, quantitative packing scale, etc.
• Appropriate use of materials: dry bulk powder material (such as starch, flour, spices, additive, pesticide, chemical industry, veterinary medicine, etc.). Breakage of small particle materials (Such as PVC granules, chicken essence, sugar, monosodium glutamate, small grains, etc.)
• Inappropriate use of material: ultra-fine powder, there is no proken small particles, materials with high water content and viscosity.
• Option material: carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel.

• Screw feeder, screw hoist optional drive mode:

1. Belt to slow down
2. Chain to slow down
3. Reducer 

Note: different material is used for different field and material properties and selection, general corrosive strong choose 316, the choice of food-grade 304 stainless steel, no corrosive to choose painted carbon steel. Can undertake choosing according to the user's own condition.

Working Principle

Spiral feeding machine is produced by motor power, drive the cycloid speed reducer drive to corti, is a kind of using screw rotate forward extrusion of material, make the material produces push forward at the same time, the spiral feeding machine from the inlet feed through corti mandatory conveying to the discharge port.
