Application

This machine is a washing, drying, and filling integrated unit for ampoule and vial production lines. It is mainly used for cleaning, drying, filling, capping, and sealing 2-30ml easy-open cap silicone borosilicate vials. It employs a disc-type bottle clamping and washing machine with screw feeding, two-water-one-air rinsing, and then conveying the bottles to the drying oven via a screw or dial mechanism for hot air circulation drying. The filling and sealing machine uses 1-16 heads for filling, electromagnetic oscillation cap feeding, and three-blade or single-blade capping. This unit features an advanced design and compact structure.
