Application

This machine is suitable for packing blisters, tubes, ampoules bottle and other related objects into boxes intermittently. The maximum speed can reach 150 boxes/min,the box size is suitable for a large range and convinent to adjust. This machine can fold leafIet, open box, insert blister into box, emboss batch number and close box automatically. It adopts inverter to adjust speed, human machine interface to operate, PLC to control. Photoelectric to monitorand control each station automatically, so that once something unexpected happen, it will stop and display the reasons automatically, which can solve the troubules in time. This machine can be used separately also can be linked together with blister packing machine or other equipment to be a production line. Note: this machine can also equip with hot meltgluedevice to do hot melt glue sealing for box.
