Main features:

1. The peripheral housing is fully closed. It is made of stainless steel. The internal table surface is made of stainless steel to maintain luster on the surface and avoid cross contamination, conforming to GMP requirements.

2. The transparent protective covers enable the tablet pressing status to be clearly observed. The lateral panels can be opened to make cleaning and maintenance easy.

3. All controllers and operating parts are reasonably arranged. Human-machine interface and variable frequency speed controller are adopted to carry out electrical speed control and reverse.

4. With convenient operation, stable rotation and good safety and accuracy, it realizes mechanical and electrical intergration and adopts touch screen PLC control and operation.

5. The driving system is closed in the oil tank at the bottom of the machine. It is a safety isolated independent part without cross contamination, featured by easy heat dissipation and good anti-wear performance.

6. The machine is provided with a dust collector to thoroughly collect the dust in the tablet pressing chamber.

7. With high pressure, the machine is suitable for production of various small tablets, large tablets, and tablets difficult to form. It is the most ideal machine for production of tablets.
